I use computational models in conjunction with neuroscience tools to inform cognitive theories of decision making and emotion. I am particularly interested in using self-signaling models to understand how self-concepts bias judgments (e.g. in self-deception), and in understanding how the brain uses representations of emotion and mental contents to make joint inductive inferences.
